MARKETING
V2SKY does not sell or rent Users’ Data to third parties for their marketing purposes without Users’ explicit consent. Suppose Users do not wish to receive marketing communications from V2SKY. In that case, they indicate their preference via the user settings or by following the directions provided with the communication or advertisement. DISCLOSURE OF USER PERSONAL DATA BY V2SKY uses Personal Data to:
1. Institutions processing Personal Data participating in the business activity:
➢ Agents, advertising agencies and other institutions participate in organising marketing activities.

NO SPAM, SPYWARE OR SPOOFING
V2SKY do not tolerate spam. Users shall set their user settings, so V2SKY communicates as they prefer. Still, V2SKY does not permanently store messages sent through these tools. V2SKY does not rent or sell these email addresses.
ACCOUNT PROTECTION
Users’ password is the key to their account. Users shall use unique numbers, letters and special characters without disclosing their V2SKY password to anyone. If Users share their password or their data with third parties, they shall remember that they are responsible for all actions taken in the name of their account. If Users lose control of their password, they may lose substantial control over their Data may be subject to legally binding actions taken on their behalf. V2SKY will never ask for Users’ passwords except during the login process. V2SKY employees are subject to additional requirements in information protection.
ACCESSING, REVIEWING AND CHANGING USERS’ DATA
Users have access and can obtain a copy of their Personal Data. Users can see, review, change and limit the processing of most of their Data by contacting V2SKY. We shall transfer the User’s Data to other entities upon the User’s request. User may withdraw their consent at any time when previously granted permission. Generally, it is the Users’ responsibility to update their pay if it changes or is inaccurate. Upon Users’ request to V2SKY, Customer Service, V2SKY will close Users’ accounts as soon as reasonably possible, by applicable law.
V2SKY UK retains personal data from closed accounts to comply with the law, prevent fraud, collect any fees owed, resolve disputes, troubleshoot problems, assist with any investigations, and take other actions otherwise permitted by law. The User’s Personal Data will be processed as long as required for the purposes for which it was collected or as required by law, whichever is longer. The duration for which V2SKY stores Users Personal Data depends on the meaning of the information. V2SKY UK will not process Personal Data outside European Economic Area.
SECURITY
Users’ Personal Data is stored on V2SKY servers. V2SKY treat Personal Data as an asset and preserve it with various methods (encryption, passwords, physical security, etc.) to protect Users’ Personal Data against unauthorised access and disclosure. However, third parties may unlawfully intercept or access transmissions or private communications between Users and Systems. Therefore, although V2SKY deploy significant effort to protect Users’ privacy, V2SKY does not promise that Personal Data or private communications will always remain private.
THIRD PARTIES
Except as otherwise expressly included in this Privacy Policy, this document addresses only the use and disclosure of Personal Data V2SKY UK collected from the Users. Suppose Users disclose their Data to others, including through other cookies or other sites throughout the internet. In that case, different rules may apply to their use or disclosure of Personal Data Users disclose to them. V2SKY UK does not control the privacy policies of third parties, and Users are subject to the privacy policies of those third parties where applicable. V2SKY may amend this Privacy Policy at any time by posting the amended terms on V2SKY Systems. All amended terms automatically take effect 30 days after they are initially published and disclosed. The continued use of the Systems after any such changes shall constitute the User’s consent to such changes.
